Returns Policy

At Kendor, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. That's why we have a flexible returns policy that ensures you can shop with confidence. Here are the details:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery of the item.
  • Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage and a restocking fee of 25% of the item value will be applied for returns of Bathroom products.
  • The item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging intact.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
  • Clearance items can only be exchanged for other items or for a Kendor credit note. Return shiping is still the responsibility of the buyer.
  • If you receive a damaged item, we will offer a full refund or replacement if the damage is reported within 14 days of receiving the item. We cannot offer a refund or replacement for any damage reported after 14 days of delivery.
  • If an item is defective and the fault is reported within 14 days of delivery we will offer a refund, exchange, or replacement at no cost to you. For any defects reported after this time it is at the discretion of the manufactures guarantee on what options are offered. These could include but are not limited to a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.
  • Please allow 5-8 business days for returns and exchanges to be processed.
  • If you need to return an item, please contact us to initiate the return process.
